Student Protection Scheme

The Student Protection Scheme (SPS) serves to protect the students' fees in the event a PEO is unable to continue operations due to insolvency, and /or regulatory closure. Furthermore, the SPS protects the student if the PEO fails to pay penalties or return fees to the student arising from judgments made against it by the Singapore courts. There are two schemes under SPS - Student Tuition Fee Account (Escrow) or Student Tuition Fee Insurance (STFI).

As part of the SPS, IBISO Creative Inspirational Learning has put in place the Student Tuition Fee Account (Escrow) to ensure that tuition fees paid by students to the school is insured with DBS Bank. The purposes of the scheme are as follows:

Protect the students' fees in the event that the school is unable to continue operations due to insolvency, and/or regulatory closure.

Protect the student if the school fails to pay penalties or return fees to the student arising from judgments made against it by the Singapore courts.

Protect the students in the event of death by accident or total permanent disability by accident
